Namaste Everyone! I hope you guys are doing well and staying healthy. Let’s take a deeper dive into Ayurveda. There are six tastes defined in Ayurveda and each dosha is affected by a certain taste. Each taste can either catalyze the effect of the dosha or pacify it. 

It is of utmost importance to know our body type and decide our food habits accordingly.

Hence, it is highly recommended that everyone has the following chart pasted at some prominent location in the kitchen so that it is easier to plan out diets specific to every member of the family.
